Smashing, crashing, landing upon the rocks.
Falling up and down now, feeling sensations of cool water drops.
Love is an ocean.

We can break the waves, sometimes it hurts.
Small, big, slow, or fast….
Recovering from each blow and leaving it in the past.

You must stand to break the waves, or sit and be carried away.
As you go farther into the horizon,
The waves become harsh.
Tides pull and twist to bring you down to the sandy marsh.

You continue to swim, and the waves find their efforts are useless.
Reaching the heart of the ocean,
You reach the heart of me.
