Prisoner of Your Deceit

Contributed by cooley1818 on Saturday, 11th October 2008 @ 09:26:55 AM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

i dont wanna be afraid
i cant keep running away
ive fallen to to deep
and my mind has gone stray

every thought, and every feeling
keeps me drowning in sorrow
keeps me from every second of sleep
and fearing the outcome of tomorrow

the only thing that keeps me going
is the thought of hope and faith
things have to get better
or i will have to accept my fate

i want her to feel
every bit of pain that i bare
i want her to know
hate is all i have left to share

this portriat u see
is not what it seems
just pathetic and dull
and a waste of dieing dreams

so just look back
at the years that have passed
tell me where u stand
and tell me at last.

tell me what it was like
to have love in ur hands
to just throw it all away
and not even be sad

well i hope your emotions
and your pain and fear
were more then u can handle
as your drowning in every tear

a painful write. twisted and dark how u want the other person to feel ur anguish and hatred. some people are just cold even when they're in love with another, but that wouldnt be true love then would it? it's good u wrote this. "only time can heal scars." take care
