You dare snare me again,
You with procession of madness
Escape to a ring,
You stand and stare and kick me in the guts,
I know when asked you'd say
It was barely lust never mind love.
Foolish and crazy,
Cracked and broken,
A sore wound open to the salt-water rain,
And once again as we approach the end,
Does the sun appear to evaporate the pain?

This peice spoke volumes to me. I have actually felt like this and not known the words for the emotions. Sometimes emotions just don't have nice neat words.
Thankyou

Unfortunately, the pain never just goes away like that, no matter how much we wish it could.
I like this write, you use quite simple language to say big things, and that's actually quite a hard thing to do, and as karoody said, this speaks volumes.
Great write,

Very powerful stuff, I especially liked this bit:
'I know when asked you'd say
It was barely lust never mind love.'
That was an emotional sentence.
