responsibilites tied around my hands
locked like a locket wrapped around my back
trapped untapped to society,
people with born ignorance to survive
like ignoring a soul is this a moral
begging for stressless or a world to unfold with
forgivenness so I may be freed from being dejected

rock bottom led me to only madden
only worsens, specifics hid within curtains
inside a churchs holy doors, a man that priest
hopes for you with his faith with the use of a bible
to be trusted ,when its rejected, is it beneficial

collecting money from gods sons and daughters
from open pockets to my hollow sack
stealing is salutary for my unfilled belly
rock bottom, uncontagious to the heart feeling
what is placed into the plate money
enters into my empty pouch
rock bottom is my foundation ,
lowermost in hope only a forlorn destination [comments] => 4 [counter] => 278 [topic] => 32 [informant] => dark_poet [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )

This is sad but so true at times.
Good writing.
I don't do religion but am tottaly into God. There's a big difference.
I once was told by a preacher that I needed to get my mind off people and get into God.
He was absolutely right but he didn't realize that. I t was then I quit going to church and focused on God.
Man made religion sucks as some are focused on money and are so totally far from God.
Hang tuff, my friend as joy cometh in the morning.
Take care.
luv, huggs, peace,
emy
Once you hit bottom there's only one way to go and that's up.

I'm a former bottom-dweller myself....
Spent a little while at rock bottom and it was in a war-zone.
There are options, there always are...
living well is truly the best revenge
you just have to want to do it...
Take care
and keep writing....
Steve

We've all been there and no doubt some of us will fall back into that place again.
The feelings of frustration really rip through in this.
Moving write
