Tree's flowers and rolling grassy hills.
Leshay and I off for a nature adventure
the smell of rain coming in the distance.

Cooler day, nothing better, off we go on a stroll.
Smell of green and touch of wild purple daisy
all scattered in unformed rows.
Pine-cones gathered here and there.

No time for rolling in the clover,
for today it is pretty to just stare.
Storm brewing wind tossing bright red leaves
hard to imagine its already that time of year.

It was our special time...... standing on the little hill. [comments] => 6 [counter] => 194 [topic] => 43 [informant] => shelby [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => oops )

Aw Michelle, this was beautiful! With your words you made me
want to be right there with you! :) I LOVE this time of year, and
in your few stanzas you've reminded me some of the reasons why.

Wonderful post, hun! D and I were just discussing last night how
wonderful it must be to travel like that. I mean, to be able to see
SO much! It must be amazingly inspiring. =) Hope all is well ~

*hugs*
