as the night falls
it's gettin darker
all the pain, the memories & the past re-arisin
even the roses become bitter

as the sun fades away
as the light dissapears
now i can say
the words trapped in my heart, at my ears
they're hauntin me again, my darkest fears

the gentle moonlight
through my clouds it finds a way
gives me hope, a reason to fight
as in my restless stillness i lay
slowly losin my sight
my heart never stopped to pray

as the night swallow the smiles
i try to hang on to my heart
but far away it's tryin to fly, reach the cold sky
and now i know in this life i don't have a part

as the night lay its darkness
deep inside my veins
i feel the coldness
reachin my bones

can't think of anythin but the pain
can't take a breath
i can see my blood rain
it's comin again, my everynight death

everythin's faintin but stays the sorrow
hauntin the nights , demandin my agony
to see in my eyes the dreadful horror
feelin a thousand knives stabin me

here comes the night again
hours pass as decades
here it comes , i can see its chains
and tomorrow it restarts again & again & again

this piece has great potential, the spelling errors detract from the quality of this poem... i realize that you may have done this for some type of dramatic effect... i don't think it worked ..

keep writing, there is some great promise here,

wiz

This poem has such a mysterious air to it and kind of sad. I hope that some day you find the night and darkness a calming and peaceful time. There is beauty in the darkness.
