living in fear every single day.
When I was a kid I loved to play,
but my life is fragile, like clay.

It all started when I lost my mind.
When I was a kid, I was one of a kind.
Searching for a life, but I'm running out of time.
I wish there was a way that I could rewind.

I'm cold, scared, and all alone.
Sorry if I give off a negative tone.
Its only because I feel pain in my bones,
I hope someone out there can hear my moans.

Sometimes I wonder as I sit here,
if I died would anyone care?
Why live a life I can't bare,
should I commit suicide? Do you dare?

Please God save me from this hell.
Please God help me break this shell.
Please God help me escape this cell
Please God help me, I don't feel well. [comments] => 3 [counter] => 234 [topic] => 32 [informant] => moose2006 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 8 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )

That's three poems of yours I have read in a row and all three are pretty much suicidal poetry.

Let me try to explain a little something without making anything harder on you. If nobody cares about you why would you kill yourself? What's the point? If there is nobody left behind to contemplate your death or mourn you what's the message. Mostly all suicides are messages.

You just simply don't want to live? Well go live on the streets and find an adventure make your loneliness a journey. Live another life.

I am sorry that I have chosen you among the many suicide poets on this site, but it's time this was addressed publicly. Your poems insult me. They insult me beyond your comprehension. My grandfather committed suicide. My sister's ex-fiance who I once called friend committed suicide. I went to school with two people whom have since committed suicide. My ex-girlfriend's ex-husband attempted suicide.

Here you are on YPDC exploiting such a horrible deed an extremely painful thing to go through. Those who do care about you (and you are totally full of ***** if you want me to believe that nobody cares about you). You say you have no job, but there is obviously a roof over your head. Somebody is feeding you or you wouldn't be thinking about suicide if you will soon die of starvation. Somebody is paying for your internet service and by the looks of it you probably didn't purchase the computer you are using. Somebody cares about you. So in this world where you have only a few to care you are going to lead them as victims of your suicide? Yes, victims. All suicide does is leave behind unanswered questions, life long agonizing guilt and suffering, and there you are not here to deal with it. IT IS SELFISH!

There are people on this site who have lost someone to suicide and I am one of them. There are people on this site who have lost loved ones to tragedy and would gladly trade the life of someone who doesn't want their life for another day with said loved one. THIS IS SELF CENTERED TO THE GRANDEST DEGREE!

By posting this on a public website for emotional human beings (which by very definition are poets) to see is WRONG! Nobody here knows you. We can't do anything about it but say don't do it! And that's so cliche it doesn't help a bit. You are exploiting tragedy and exploiting loss. You are the worst kind of poet. One who wants people to attend your tragedy while everyone is busy trying to tend to their own and make sense out of this world.

The bad thing is you have talent. It's in these words. With talent comes the responsibility to use it. Again, killing your talent is a slap in the face. There are people (some on this site) who would kill to be able to express themselves as deeply. Yet you abuse your GOD given talent to exploit death.

God will save you from your hell. But asking him to kill you is not the escape he grants. How about asking him to guide you? How about asking him to forgive you? How about asking him to open the doors and meeting him in the hallway?

I honestly have hesitated to do this to a suicide poet for years. Though it crosses my mind every time I read one. This is deeply insulting to human character and dignity, it's a cheap way to get sympathy and I for one am giving you none. You want life to be better how about getting a job and stop sitting around thinking about death all day. Idle hands are the devil's playground, and evidentially cause proper talent to fall short of anything but pretentious narcissistic garbage like this.

You can take this as just another blow to your ego or some jack ass being mean. Yes, lately I have been getting it a lot these days. This is none of that. This is me simply telling you put the paper gun down and write something, live today, and for crying out loud look at your blessings. Nobody is without them. If you find yourself empty there is always the God that you are begging to kill you off, how about asking him for something a little less insulting to his nature. Why would you dare demand your creator to destroy his creation.

Don't do it and write something else!
