to her, he was nothing but a star among the natural lights of the sky.
youth.
yet experience beholds him.
jagged, and hard to find, he keeps his tenderness interred.
simplicity speaks him, but love centres him.
and to those he bestows upon with touch, he shares lumination from his soul.
warmth.
and as he tightens his hold on her affections, she embraces his kind spirit.
love?
not yet.
the trust between them grows intently as their friendship blooms with the making of memories.
strength. physical. mental.
his protection for those of love, creates a haven of safety and care.
but among the gentleness he posses, he hides something of an untamed nature.
wild. adventurous. animal.
in a growl of lust he caresses her skin.
touching. breathing biting.
and together, their bare bodies connect.
love?
not yet.
then in a single moment of perfection, their eyes kiss in an entanglement of emotion between two breathers of life.
time has trickled away since their first glance.
and she no longer sees him as just a glow inside the darkness,
for he now lights up her entire sky.
love?
not yet.
but they chase butterflies instead... [comments] => 1 [counter] => 156 [topic] => 2 [informant] => hose-aye [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LovePoetry )
