To tell me how I think?
You tell me I don't care about you
I'm sorry, but that's just bull
Who let you hang out at their apartment
Whenever you didn't want to go home to yours?
I did that.
Who watched your finicky fish
While you went to the other side of the world?
I did that.
Who stayed up all night just talking
Because you had something on your mind?
I did that.
Who tried to tell you not to settled for that guy
Because we both know you deserve better than him?
I did that.

I'm sorry I forgot your birthday, when I'd only become aware of it's date two days before.
I'm sorry I forgot how old you are, even though I don't know how old ANY of my friends are without a great deal of thought.
I'm sorry I didn't know something you never told me.
I'm sorry I accused you of sending a text message when I received it.
I'm sorry I didn't call you back when I had no idea what to say to you in response to the singular most outrageously generous offer I've ever received.
I'm sorry that when you were faced with not seeing me again, your first response was not concern for me, but "What am I going to do without you?"
I'm sorry that I forget to return phone calls that I don't know I received until it would be too late to return them in the first place.

I'm sorry I let you think I don't care.
I'm sorry you think don't I care. [comments] => 1 [counter] => 1564 [topic] => 6 [informant] => sir_odd87 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => AngryPoetry )

I don't like needy people; however, it's always a bad idea to accuse anyone of anything...trust me ^_^

I think your last line is a little backwards. I'm assuming it's meant to be:

I'm sorry you think i don't care.

always, abraham
