I fall back upon your muse
On nights I felt to cry
Weeping in my heart
Yet, singing so with sighs
My lovely swan born forth as thus
Filled with magic charm
Lifting in your beauty
The way with which you live
And heart with which you give
To bless...
To cherish...
To inspire
Without a script to guide
Bringing words from me
Upon the wings within your eyes
And hold you on these shores
Evermore I hold
Walking in a field
Alone though I may seem
I hold you hand-in-hand
Strolling in the dark
To feel the breath of night
Wrapping two in distant kiss
One from me
Passing back from you
Carried in the mist
Blessing you my baby bird
For blessing me your grace
Your love…
Your gift…
Your face
And passing in the ether
The tingle of our magic
Where distance has no space
To wander thus the night
To caress upon your face
And never to forget
That I am ever yours
The lonely vagabond. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 224 [topic] => 2 [informant] => wheels [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 15 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LovePoetry )

You are very blessed and fortunate to have such a wonderful and inspiring muse. Not all of us are as lucky as you, lol. A beautiful and eloquently written poem that fills ones heart with such warmth and inspiration. Wonderful, keep up the fantastic work.
