I believed your words
I fell for your touch
I blushed at your looks
your smiles melted me
I was lost in your charm

I brushed off your deceive
I believed your excusing words
I fell back in your arms
I returned your looks
and I smiled back
with no suspicious thoughts
I should have known, oh I should have known

I just thought no one is perfect
but you were too close to give up

you had me in your hollow hand
I was twirling round your little finger
and I didn’t even know

now I look back, and I realize
what was hiding behind those blue eyes
life isn’t just sunny skies.

Sweet words and gentle touch
loving looks and melting smiles

and anyone could fake it

I believed your words
I fell for your touch
I blushed at your looks
