Can you hear me? Feel my hand light on yours?

I remember your smile, the laughter that rang high into the Heavens.
Catching everyone with it and taking us along.

I remember the sparkle in your eyes, the wink and hugs freely given.
I remember love, my dear sweet man, love that enfolds around me.

I remember tears, goodbyes, hearts making a mend, some wounds never died.
I remember a great ditch rescue, saving me from floating away.

I remember you dear man, I miss you, my morning Dove is outside singing
A lonely melody that is resting in my ears, my heart.

I remember your sweet nature and the strength you silently gave
I remember words unspoken yet the message was clear as the Idaho summer skies.

I remember you today, wishing I was there, to bid you farewell on your new journey.
I remember from a distance and my heart sits heavy, I laugh through tears because I know, you smile now.

That is what he would want you to do...remember all of the good times that you two shared and how he was when you were able to be with him. Your memories will keep him close to your heart until you are able to be with him once more. You did a beautiful job as always.

HUGS upon HUGS
Rich
