~Rest~

Topic: dedicatedpoems

~Your adventures here on earth~
~Have taken you many a place~
~Everything was a happy time~
~Fun round each bend~

~The body did grow weary~
~Time for you to go~
~Angels coming to take you~
~Carry you to the Heavenly Home~

~No more pain, only peace~
~No suffering just blessed rest~
~Free to be the man you always were~
~Soul restored to perfect whole~

~The mountains still your playground~
~The rivers and the streams~
~The song forever on the winds~
~ Sighing through Idaho Pine tree's~

~Your heart ceased to beat~
~Soul left your earthly form~
~Though your heart floats freely now~
~I feel you near me where I roam~

~Bless the day, I loved you dearly~
~Bless the night, and my heart so torn~
~Bless the moments sweet and tender~
~Bless you uncle on your trip back home~

I love you..........

~MIchelle~

Truly beautiful and as I have said I am so very sorry for your loss. And I have to agree that the last stanza was brilliant. Your uncle sounds like he was an amazing man.

you are always in my prayers.
~hugs~
