Puppets following the script known as life.
Murder the Poet, they said.
He states the facts.
Bury the truth found in his words.

I play the lead character.
I am the so-called hero in this story,
And I forgot my first line..
My feelings can be read on a ripped piece of paper,
Written down with obvious hesitation..
The hero dies in every story, you said.

Choreographed emotions recieve standing ovations.
Encore, they say.
Reading the script over and over again, and everytime it´s different.
Impossible to memorise, because you change my lines.. My meaning.
A new audience appears out of nowhere every night,
But they all form the same face.
And it stares at me.. Only me.
It tortures me with a grin,
That is best described as

Well then, shame on them! Who's play is it anyways? I don't think they even paid to get in! :)
It should be for you anyway, not them.
Godd job on this and don't stop writing!
