Array ( [sid] => 143487 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => ~Wind Song~ [time] => 2008-06-25 05:11:51 [hometext] => peace can come to weary hearts in the little things, stop and look spend a moment and enjoy the gifts. [bodytext] => The wind opened her arms, wrapping herself around each tree, limb, leaf.
She whispered sweet nothings created a romantic stir round me.
On her wings the scents of flower blossoms, soft and inviting brushed my nose.
The sun smiled down, rays of light glinting in my hair, this is a soft time.

No tears today, resting in the softness of the grass bright green.
Sun bronzing the skin, coffee and a book resting near the arm of a big white chair.
Watching the sky, perfect and cloudless, the birds, the big monarch butterfly.
Three little fur kids nestled up close, then off running, laying and rolling in the dirt, barking oh the barking.

My man, beer in hand, winding down after a long nights work, we need not speak.
Our minds in tune, light looks and the pools swimming in the ocean of his eyes.
I feel love, know his heart, a light kiss, sitting together hand in hand, this is love.
Everything combining to bring a moment of still to rest near this heart, knowing this is life as it should be.

It all started with the first light of dawn, the wind and her song, whispering to me.
Her arms wide open, the suns bright smile, the call of nature snuggled near.
My eyes bathed with colors, bright and happy, flowers dainty with bumble bee's buzzing.
Thanks for letting me dance, be light and joyful this moment to the tune of your wind-song.

Oh Shels.....this is adorable..... I love it all but I especially enjoyed this--->

"The wind opened her arms, wrapping herself around each tree, limb, leaf.
She whispered sweet nothings created a romantic stir round me.'

Today I opted to walk home from school.....and I enjoyed the wind in my hair and looking at the ships as I walked along the road next to the beach.....and it was so peaceful....

Hugs
Jenni

earth sea and sky, this was lovely, in all it's
