it was by my own choice.
I did not want to explore enough
into matter of the heart.

Out here on the road
with the cb for my noise
I find myself searching deep
for things I wish to avoid.

Then the little lass
creeps slowly in my mind.
I cannot get past
those haunting big brown eyes.

She is the death of me.
She will never be mine.
A friend tried and true
bounded by the right choice.

I stick to the dedicated run
straight and narrow as I go
it doesn't hurt once in awhile
to just dream and wish it so.

Or maybe a twin
that would be a perfect fit
someone to share the joy
and tender sentiment.

I am off again......

Oh you should never feel lonely hun.
I do know the road will do it every time though.
As far as the twin, do you remember the evil one?
LOL mmmmmm that would not be a good fit, she looked just like me but we were opposite as night and day. Remember all the trouble I was in because of the bad stuff she had been doing? Do you know after all that time I was the only one who never did find her?
Remember the day I went out a hunting for her LOL?
I love ya
Michelle

It's gotta be a rough life, especially these days. I commend you.

Great write. The heart is one strange animal and I deeply felt it through your words.
