Many years ago, she started hearing a voice in her head
She never fully understood what this voice had said.
She listened intently to what it had to say
However, complete realization came to her today.

This voice tried to tell her
That she was sent here for a purpose
That she was a woman of worth
Who was placed upon this earth.

Throughout the years, this voice gave advice
It showed her what was wrong and what was right.
This voice taught her that life was a treasure
Not always filled with pain, but also with pleasure.

This voice showed her that she was loved
And cared for by so many
This voice now erased all her doubt and fear
Now she knows there are those who care.

Many years ago, she imagined herself crazy
When she first started hearing this voice
Now she knows she will never let it part
This voice is very much alive in her heart

I believe in that voice. You wrote a poem full of zeal.
Or could it be zen?
