"Believe in Christ".
I told her,
"Believe in me".
So I shipped off to Israel the next day
Anyway,
I must admit,
I looked out of place,
Being a white boy with a pale face.
But soon enough I made some friends,
Picked up a couple of fishermen,
They were bored so they followed my every step.
You could say I was quite the celebrity,
Loved by many,
And some even feared me,
The latter put me on a stick,
It turned out fine,
I bounced back quick.
And after all that,
With the beat in my chest,
I caught the first boat back west,
Mama asked,
"Do you believe now son?"
I said,
"Mama, you should see what your boy's gone and done". [comments] => 4 [counter] => 230 [topic] => 7 [informant] => Zork [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => HumorPoetry )
