She sat under the thatched-roof hut,
Peering at the moon through the palms.
Love in her eyes, her man at her side,
Her body wrapped in his arms.
She enjoyed looking at the gentle waves,
As they crept up to the shores.
Music playing, their bodies swaying,
She’s with the man she adores..

Under the beautiful moonlit sky,
They listened to the music so sweet.
It wasn’t very long before,
They were both on their feet.
Their bodies as close as close can be
As they danced the night away.
She whispered softly in his ear-
“Right here is where I want to stay”.

He looked into her eyes and smiled,
Squeezed her hands and held her tight,
Kissed her softly on the lips,
And told her everything would be all right.
Let us enjoy what we have right now,
‘Cause tomorrow may not be ours.
Be mine tonight, he said to her
As he laid her on a bed of flowers.

And there on the beach that moonlit night
Their bodies, they did surrender.
And straight into the following day
They made love, oh so tender.
He pledged his love for her once more,
And she did the same right there,
They both agreed, and they were right,
They were the perfect pair!
