Lingering in the forest beneath the shady pine.
Whispers of her heart floating lightly on soft wind
Destruction round the bend, the forest sucks her in

You could hear her breaking, you could feel the ache

Justice she pleaded for on her hands and knee’s
Her feelings of being forsaken she could not shake
Peace will come with an end, begging for it once more

One last time, stay the day starve the pain that darkened the way.

She knew she was a mere ghost floating above the ground
People saw through her and never really could see
Her beauty and her heart so full of life and love

She felt a hand lifting her, there is no end a voice said

You are free to shine once more
