Feeling the same
As every other day

Got out of bed
Buried in my head
Unsure of what I said

Looked into the glass
Dreaming of the past
Of everything that didn't last

Makes me think it's just a game
A journey, yes, but to what claim?
Scattered on the linoleum
The answers lie, but I can't see them
Overheating with this fever
Shaking from this desperate seizure
Diseased; ill-willed; afraid to see
What lies beneath the flesh of me

Woke up today
Far too ashamed
To stand and face the day

Dressed up for show
So they'll never know
That I've become so cold

Makes me think it's just a game
A journey, yes, but to what claim?
Scattered on the linoleum
The answer lie, but I can't see them
Overheating with this fever
Shaking from this desperate seizure
Diseased; ill-willed; afraid to see
What lies beneath the flesh of me

I woke up afraid today
The same as any other day
Nothing changes; stays the same
Makes me think it's just a game

A journey, yes, but to what claim?
Scattered on the linoleum
Are the answers there, cause I can't see them?
Overheating with disease
There's nothing left inside of me
Cold and broken on the floor
I don't want to be me anymore
Ill-willed and stuck with disease
Ignore these words; escape the pleas

Awake and restless in the night
Lost in battle; lost inside

Out of bed and in the clear
No one can say they know me here

Makes me think it's just a game
A journey, yes, but to what claim?
Scattered on the linoleum
The answer lie, but I can't see them
Overheating with this fever
Shaking from this desperate seizure
Diseased; ill-willed; afraid to see
I fall, exhausted, to my knees
Plagued in darkness by disease [comments] => 1 [counter] => 179 [topic] => 75 [informant] => satanssecret1369 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => anguished )

Tis was very deep...I am sorry to hear that you feel this way...I hope that things will start to look up for you. Another great write nonetheless.
