One is an anorexic and the other is a recovering bulimic.
What they’ve done to themselves is sick.
The whole reason they did it was because of this guy.
Everything he ever told those girls was a lie.
He played with them for a bit and then let them go.
But what they’re secretly doing to themselves now, he’ll never know.
They think that maybe if they were skinny, he’d want them again.
But that was then.
Now one of them is fighting to get back her life,
After she realized he was just another lowlife,
While the other can’t seem to let go.
She’s hiding in shadow
And the other can’t do anything except watch her best friend throw her life away.
That one girl won’t listen to anything she will ever say.
Her friend could die and there’s nothing she can do except watch.
She’s slowly dwindling down to nothing,
And her friend can see how much she’s aching.
She wants to help that one girl, to save her,
But how can someone help another if that person doesn’t want to be saved?

The purpose of this poem is to show the guy who hurt them what he really did.
Right now, he’s acting like a little kid,
Even though he’s almost seventeen.
The damage he’s done isn’t unseen—
Others have noticed the damage done on these 2 girls, but none have spoken up.

There are these 2 girls.
One is an anorexic and the other is a recovering bulimic.
One is at home,
Writing this poem.
And the other is slowly dying
While the one writing this poem is crying.

Interesting poem,

First of all well done on the recovery, keep up the hard work,

Secondly, sometimes all we can do is be there for our friends in need, as much as you want to help she has to help herself first, im sure you have heard the ol saying "you can lead a horse to watter but you cant make it drink", keep leading the horse to the watter and maybe it will drink

Good write keep it up
