Array ( [sid] => 14188 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Soul Winners [time] => 2003-03-13 01:20:00 [hometext] => Sometimes I think that God allows me to have insomnia because my being is more alert and creative then than any other part of the day! [bodytext] => Like my brothers and sisters,
I admired those few
with special talents to witness for You,
thinking I had little that I could do,
thinking it took more than my little mind knew.
But, what if I did speak to one each day?...
touched someone in Christ's loving way?...
a greater price, be willing to pay?...
face my fears of rejection...
of being turned away?
Yet, if I were willing to endure such pain
time and again for perhaps one gain,...
an easier road, my Lord would not ordain.

Considering my soul which He died to attain,
the possibility of the joys ahead
overcomes my cowardly fears and dread.
"If I'd gain one soul per month," I said...
(The souls were multiplying rapidly in my head.)
A full time work every day of the week,
I would many times fail... for the souls I seek.
Failure percent of ninety-six looks less bleak
when you've realized for the year
a twelve souls peak!
If I live long, how many could I see?...
Counting the possibilities boggles me.
Oh, Good Gracious!
There's more that could be set free!
If those souls were ...
SOUL WINNERS!...
then what could that be?
