Breaking hearts and shattering dreams
And your tears of acid rain pour down and burn my skin
Still I am paralyzed by your candy coated lips drenched with sin
Manipulated by the hate inside your eyes
Deception had me dancing with a devil in disguise
Your face like an eternal eclipse stained my world in black
And I sang sweet lullbies in your ear
As you placed the daggers into my back
A love sick addiction left me devoted to you
With your menacing smile as my blood came pouring through
It seems this is the hand you had unfortunately played
Your sideshow of pain, a masochistic masquerade
A plastic smile painted across your face
Blowin' me kisses as you left me in this cold, empty place
And it's such a complete disgrace
Because I loved you so insanely much
Now I'm broken, your a ghost, and we've lost all touch
An empty shell of who I used to be
Roams disconnected from a world I can no longer see
You have burned the color from my eyes
Ripped the stars from the skies
Pulled out my beating heart
Carved your name across every part
A million slow drags of the blade
Watching the love bleed away
Until the beat finally began to fade
And I became...
A victim of the hand you had unfortunately played.

It is a gift we we know when to hold'em and fold'em but the pain echoes through. Blessings to you Sir and may healing fill you in every space.

Peace
AJ
