and it's eating at me inside
there have been so many chances
and so many times i've tried

what i wish to tell you, might surprise you
in many more ways than one
i feel that secret is on my shoulders
and it weighs over a ton

i've given so many hints to you
and i thought you would know
but i guess hints aren't enough
because you don't understand everything i throw

i want to tell you straight forward
but i wouldn't know what to say
but i should tell you what this something is
so my insides won't be knawed away [comments] => 4 [counter] => 223 [topic] => 48 [informant] => breezyweezy [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => EmotionalPoetry )

good write. not too many people can tackle the rhyme scheme. =) And yes, it is naturally better to tell someone how you feel, there's always a possibility of getting hurt because of it but its better to get things like that off of your chest.
