My heart doth sail to a far off land
Full of faery tales
Waking to the dew drop prism
Upon his lashes
The morning sun doth twinkle and splashes
Birds awaken, sing, and take flight
From their feathery beds against the night
The softest kiss to his lips
His smell I do breathe
A flutter of those soft lashes
The crystal eyes do flash
A raspberry rose upon his chest I brush
A smile across his face does reach
Stretching upon the meadow there in
This is how my dream did begin.

Beautiful words and imagery .. like the softest touch.
I love the airy feel of this; almost as if it transports the
reader inside the dream to view first hand what
emotions linger within sighs.

Beautiful, beautiful write. ^_^

Intoxicating poem.
The ending especially.
Makes you feel like it takes a turn for the worst.
I deeply enjoy your style of writing.

~Karlee
