Evil creatures roam the lands
From shadows built an empire
Darkness has claimed sire

Vengeance sowed, agony reaped
Sitting, throned in his malicious keep
Hornéd figures, blasphemous rule
Wonder, at the future cold and cruel

From far beyond the sky
The winged alliance hither flies
arrayed in gold and white
Draw their arms gleaming bright

Righteous and fell beings in the air
Battle where no mortal dares
Mabus commands his forces foul
Wolf marauders on the prowl

As the prophecies of old
Christ is risen as was told
As he draws his sword up high
Mephisto's child will die

Dies irae, Dies illa solvet saeclum in favilla

The final days of the reign of man
Evil creatures roam the lands
From shadows built an empire
Darkness has claimed sire

Vengeance sowed, agony reaped
Sitting, throned in his malicious keep
Hornéd figures, blasphemous rule
Wonder, at the future cold and cruel
