For whatever reason you do not believe That when you are gone people will grieve You think they will all dance and celebrate About that you said there would be no debate But let me tell you some things you may not know I must insist you hear them before you go I am just one of many who do not want you to die If I could be there with you I’d hold your hand as I told you why Don’t you know you brighten every one of my days? I have been trying to show you in so many ways If you were to die a huge part of my heart would leave You know I speak the truth.
