I hate this feeling
Mind numb, eyes blank
I just can’t get the words to flow
They just won’t go onto the page
I feel helpless, frustrated, annoyed
Nothing I say seems to come out right
Just a jumbled mess upon the paper
And the ink smudging, blending words together
Like the ones in my head
Such a nuisance, this problem
It’s like a blockade is in my brain
Preventing beautiful lines from breaking free
I curse you, writer’s block

writers' block poems are never that good; mostly because they are hindered by writer's block.

I agree with a7X36 - Usually that is true - one would try to write about "writers block" when they are in fact blocked at that particular time. Hard to write about.

It is indeed a very hard subject to convey! Yet I think you've done well, I can certainly empathise with what you have written!
