Forever More

Contributed by ribbons_and_lace09 on Tuesday, 18th March 2008 @ 08:13:52 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

she saw a shooting star the night before,
she wished for someone to love, to hold, and adore her forever more,

little did she know that she was about to meet the guy who would make her wish come true,
shoe found him at a local bar singing the broken heart blues,
their eyes met for the first time,
and right then she knew that this would be the begining of something wonderful,
she was right,
after three years of dating,
she changed her last name and they said "i do"
he confessed that he had wished upon a shooting star,
the night before they met at he bar,
she asked him what he wished for,
he wished for someone he could love, hold, and adore for forever more,
tears of joy rolled down her face as she made the same confession,
they made eacothers wish come true,
the moment they said i do,

two lonely people wish upon a star the night before,
now they have that special someone to love, to hold and adore for forever more.

A night at the bar and the romance blossoms, adorable poem. Better yet the romance is still there the day off a rolling drunk ROFLMAO.. Wishing you the best!

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
