I hope this poem is an understanding of this illness. [bodytext] => THE ILL OF MIND

I have been to hell and back, the strains of life I know,
it happened at an early age, the seeds of ill were sewn.

The feeling deep within me, that racked my weary brain,
the heartaches of the one I loved, the memories still remain.

It started in between the years, when I met the world out there,
the venture into working life, my mind, hard times to bear.

But the battle was within myself, the pressures came to stay,
and plagued the pleasure, joy of life, and took the meaning of
my days.

So many ill remembered times, that scarred, I thought were right,
a journey born of brightness, obscured by darkest night.

Have you had the feeling, that each plan you've made in life,
is stifled, stopped, no hope, no choice, by an inner whispered
voice.

I have been to hell and back, but the memories of life's way,
the gifts I had, a young lad's chance, are now obscure on
times highway.

And with acceptence, and with trust, in you the mulitude out there,
my other side may then conform, and join the world,
and not compare.

I would not wish on anyone, the hell of those my kind, an
understanding all I ask for we the ill of mind.

Dont redicule or retreat from it. Embrace it, don't seek acceptance or trust, let it grow organically....

.... become the multi facceted man and wreak a new way on the world.
