Right Here

Sometimes I'm there.
Right here.
Sitting by you on the bus.
Walking past you on the way to class.
Across the street in that awkward place where the curb becomes the street.

Yes, right there.

Right here!

Hidden in the shadows of that stop sign.
Waiting for that moment when the shadows lighten.
The wind changes directions.
Your mind's eye opens.
For then, and only then you will see me.

Finally, I might actually be there.
Even though I always was.

THIS is EXQUISITE poetry.
Must Say, this captures what a lot of people must be feeling from time to time. Seeing how the one person that you want to notice you, just won't! and I think that happens to everyone :) or they notice you.. but they don't get to know you.. or they do get to know you.. and they know you.. but they won't carry on the fact of getting to know you more. They don't notice that you're hurting deep inside. sometimes its in the inside and sometimes it shows on the outside.. emotionally, physically, mentally, and socially. It's heartbroken... but then of course you hope that they see the light.. and they will see you and show up at your door.. hypothetically. Everyone has dreams.. right? well.. Talk to this person .. maybe they're feeling the same way... I know i regret some thing that i never did but wish i had. This is thee longest comment ever.
My point is that everyone feels this way. and it is amazing that you can summarize it and make the imagery so real and simple. I Love it.

Sometimes you don't notice the ones who notice you, because you are busy trying to be noticed by someone else.
Though being finally noticed by one, you have may missed the fact that you were noticed by others a long time before

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
