they'll clear your thoughts
and fix your head

one pill, two pills,
three pills, four
what the hell
am i doing this for?

my mind still hurts
my heart still weeps
through my soul
my tears do seep

isn't there
a quick fix, doc?
to bandage this crazy
brain i've bought?

I know all types of yoga practices I had practised them many years ago and stopped them. for the last 4years I have been walking every day for 50 minutes in the early morning hours and no meds for the last many years.
I enjoy good health only due to my morning walk. venkat
