thrown to the wayside of a back woods road.
Turned into a he said she said mix of words,
when it may never have existed at its true realm to begin with.

It is a hurtful thing, when the end comes such as this.
Stages in life where all should flourish,
now painfully scattered to a saddened wind.
It has taken the joy out of the day once more.

Rain is falling again, forming puddles of pain.
Used to love the rain, now it seems to rest into my clouded heart.
Null and void of feeling “right”
tossing like a leaf I watch in silence washing away with the stream.

When my daughter was about 12-13 yrs old she experienced her first broken heart ..... I'll tell you what I told her as she was sitting on my lap, crying on my shoulder. Remember this feeling because you're going to experience it many more times in your life and you will find ......you'll never become immuned to it and it never get any easier. I won't be here to hold you. You dug deep for this one Michelle ..... didn't you? hugs david

Michelle, this is so incredibly heart breaking, but I have to tell you,
it's one of the best writes I've read from you. There is so much in
here and worded so painfully well. There is beauty, even in heart ache.

PM me ... I do visit and I'm here for ya ~

Hoping for better days .. keep writing. ^_^

*huge hugs*

~Breezy
