Array ( [sid] => 140110 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => two becomes one becomes two [time] => 2008-01-29 22:49:16 [hometext] => not one of my best works but it not to bad.... i think, anyway it losly about two friends who end up sleeping together an in the end it pushes them apart [bodytext] => From many places my inner eye unfurls into the light
To dark to seem the true dimentions of my once blured sight
A tole this dreaded feeling begins to clearly hold
And still they cry " to the devil his soul was sold"
but when you looked upon my face it was of warmth that your eyes told

With a crack and slender hand of lightning strike
Was it all in vein for you to love instead of like
By now this story burns its shape upon my tender ears
Despite the darkness a heavy price rests upon my fears
And to look inside my bitter heart, its only you who dares

So what will become of our future to clouded for us to see
Carry on with light upon thy back and allow time to set you free
On the top of lifes beginings i see our past and present rise
Ahh but don't be fulled by those who to you would tell their lies
And rest apon the light of coming dawn and slowly close your eyes

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
