Better kiss your children, better kiss your loved ones,
Better kiss your life good bye,
The apocalypse is coming, the sky will be falling,
All around you the earth will be crumbling.
Listen to the guns pop, listen to the bombs drop,
Watch as the bodies fall, hear the panic call,
If this is what they choose, then we'll surely lose,
This will never stop until the last bomb drops.
Or will it be a natural disaster, master blaster coming to the shore line.
Every continent drowning in water, no way out, life will falter.
Or will it be a seven headed dragon rising up from the river?
Revelations, Anti-Christ, to crush us all, just like mice.

When the end comes, will you cry?
Or will you accept it for what it is and wave good bye?
Will you die with a smile on your face, or as a disgrace?
It's getting hot, the powers aren't playing,
nuclear bombs at each other they're aiming.
In the last few minutes will you look back and be regretful of everything you didn't accomplish in your life,
knowing that it doesn't affect the future?
Seeing everything that you've seen everyday wilting and dying before your bare eyes.
Enjoy it while you have the time before it's turned into a dust particle that just spins in space.

Lessons to be learned, but nobody is listening,
History repeating itself in the making.
World War 3 just around the cornerlike a glooming shadow casting doubt on the future of life itself.
Self destruct!
Genocide, no where to hide,
Death materializing in thin air,
Biblical porportions morphing into metaphors for war,
West vs. East just like in the streets,
Not fighting over sides, but a difference in beliefs.
Who is right, who is wrong?
In the end we will all be gone.

Thank you for the comment Amicus, it is appreciated. It might seem eratic since this is from a song I have recorded and the lyrics go differently in song rather than just reading. I am posting my lyrics here as poems without the chorus since I see poetry and lyricsm very similar.
