Very cute poem However, Haiku is 5,7,5 syllables. Here is a definiton. Haiku
A Japanese poem composed of three unrhymed lines of five, seven, and five syllables, usually about some form of nature.
So a Haiku would sound like this
Footsteps on my floor
Noisy you thinks you're unseen
But your shadow's there
I hope this helps. I would love to see you post more Haiku and poems on this site. I will look for them. God Bless!! |
