I was your blanket
To keep you safe and warm
But just like normal
You made me face your storms

I'll eventually get past
The things you did to me
But in this very meantime
Thank you for making me see

You are someone i must avoid
I was your lover, not your toy
You'll never mend my world of pain
You'll never be here to do it again

So my love, i say it's true
I'm doing ok, no thanks to you
I'm really happy that your gone
Finally i'm strong enough to carry on

I fed you happiness
You gave me tears
I gave back trust

I wish i could take back

true from the heart of heart so mant of us go through it and there is light at the end of the tunnel. very good write
