Have you ever had the object of your desire in your hands? I have and I let it go. Getting what you desire can be the biggest cause of depression. To tell you the truth depression and desire go together like a great night of drinking followed by a hangover. I feel like I was given the prize but gave it back to try and win it.
I thought by helping someone at one time was a good idea but in the long run it really hurt what could have been something that would have improved things. I was given the chance to have something I wanted for a long time but I took the chance for granted and lost it.
Heartbreak is something everyone will feel and some have felt. I have felt it twice. I lost the love of my life, or so I thought was the love of my life, and lost something that could have improved my life in the matter of 6 months. The feeling is the same no matter how much time has been involved or past.
Did you ever think or know that theres a person out there that can not only help you but you can help them? Have you had something that was there and didnt act on it? Again all things I had. The hardest part of it all is trying to get it back.
Ive tried numerous times to make myself believe I can change what happened to make the outcome what I knew it could be. I know it would have worked, I know it would have been great and deep inside so does the other person. Lots of people think that a Realtionship ruins a Friendship but the truth is a Friendship ruins a relationship. In my eyes Great friends make great lovers but Great lovers make bad friends.
