He was 6'4
With a bad attitude
Chocolate skin and almond eyes
I never knew his name
But they called him 'Pretty Pete'
He used to smile at me
With his crooked teeth
1/2 of which were gold
The other 1/2, missing
Cornrows frayed at the hairline
He was such a character
I found everything about him,interesting
I never knew what he did for a living
But i could definetly guess
Pockets full and belly fed
He never went without
And i never went a day
Without curiousity eating at me!
