Believed in you, in your heart
Even after you treated me so cruel
But I woke up feeling different this morning
Like maybe it was time to really open my eyes
Stop being so trusting, and maybe a little more wise
Realize that your not the friend you pretended to be
All those times you lied to my face, broke my heart
Crushed my dreams, then turned your back on me
See you take your evil nature to a whole new level
You bare a residue of hate like that of the devil
With your ice cold heart and lack of compassion
You wear my blood on your hands like its an undying fashion
But that's alright, that's okay
Because a ***** named karma will come back to you one day
And I'm not vengeful, I carry no spite
I just believe fate will make the wrongs right
Kinda like justice for all
One day I'll be the one standing as I watch you fall
And only then will you know the true pain I feel
Only then will you see all the wounds you inflicted
That will never be able to heal
And for every tear I cried, you will cry two more
Until you feel the emptiness touch your core
Maybe it will change you, but that's something I doubt
Because it seems you'll always be evil from the inside out
But that's alright, that's okay
I still have no regrets to this very day
Because I'd rather be an everyday fool
Than someone like you, someone so cruel. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 261 [topic] => 6 [informant] => bleedthelove [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 22 [ratings] => 5 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => AngryPoetry )
