The fine line that separates the two can often become blurred along the way. Losing a friend because of love is a difficult experience to go through. [bodytext] => A gentle breeze across the seas
And a bright moon in the sky
Yet on the ground a boy had drowned
Lost in his tears and cries

My friend, my friend is this the end
Please tell me where you've gone
Our hearts still ache with past mistakes
But we must carry on

A passion too strong is what went wrong
A forbidden line was crossed
And lingering pain that still remains
Forces friendship to be lost

Much regret but let's not forget
The memories we shared
The stars above couldn't bound our love
Remember how much we cared

A gentle breeze across the seas
And a new sun in the sky
Two who were one are now undone
But please don't say goodbye. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 304 [topic] => 22 [informant] => HarrisonRoosevelt [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )

I know these feelings all too well. You've expressed them beautifully here. Well done.
