Death Wish Pt.1

Contributed by ki on Thursday, 6th December 2007 @ 01:09:12 AM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

u ruin lives
So sacrifice your own
Maybe you'll die
In the sanity of your home
Maybe you'll total your jeep
Possibly die in your sleep
Whatever happens, doesnt matter
Cuz I won't know

Un-truthful man
I gave u the world and
I never thought
That I could think
That u were perfect
U fed me spoonfulls of lies
And looked straight into my eyes
I should have known
That you'd leave me deserted
So now it's your turn to cry
I hope it hurts deep inside
Your heart will suffer a pain
That just won't stop burning
This hurt will never subside
Hoping it'll damage your pride
So now it seems
You have been diverted

U ruin lives
So sacrifice your own
Maybe you'll die
In the sanity of your home
Maybe you'll total your jeep
Possibly die in your sleep
Whatever happens, doesn't matter
Cuz I won't know

U selfish man
A few more things I must say
To let you know
That I will be okay
I know u lost self-respect
When on your head there were bets
Empty promises
Never did u obey
I'll have u clipped at the neck
For all those secrets you kept
And I don't care
Cuz u put me in a bad place

U ruin lives
So sacrifice your own
Maybe you'll die
In the sanity of your home
Maybe you'll total your jeep
Possibly die in your sleep
Whatever happens,doesn't matter
Cuz I won't know

Ki,

There's a lot of energy in this one; a lot of raw energy. It reminds me of one of the songs on the music group, Enigma's, old Album, The Cross of Changes. The song is titled: I Love You...I'll Kill You. Sounds strange, but it has a line in it that says: don't play games with the ones who Love you...

It also reminds me of Pat Benitar's: Hit me with your best shot...fire away!

Keep firing!
