Xnoybis,

...fear is so much a part of our present existence. Looking back on human history, as Knowledge increased, fears decreased; superstition gives way to understanding. As full of fear as our lives today are, our fears are fewer than our historical counterparts.

I love how you distilled the whole fear concept to its least common denominators; minimalistic. Very good. All the reader has to do is add a bit of him or herself, and the whole concept expands, bigger than life! Nice job! I've gotten too wordy in my recent years. I tend to bury the topic in verbosity.

Your poem is much appreciated.

Good little write!
Few words yet deep thought.
Thought of fear, a shadow walking with everyone.

Keep writing.
