When my body bleeds my soul cry’s out
No ones ever at my side
There’s no one to hold me and say everything’s Aright everything’s going to be alright
I’m always going to be alone no one cares and no one ever will

No one cares?
It's a sad day indeed when a person stops caring about one thing or another. Especially about a great poet like you.
If it helps, Heather, I care...
I care because I know what it feels like to feel this way. You feel like just a cog in the wheel and that no one is ever going to come to you to tell you it is okay.
But that's not true. The only thing YOU have to do is not give up caring about yourself.
And maybe seek out others you think may care if they knew how you felt.
If you ever need to talk, all us poets at YPDC share a lot of the same feelings, so feel free to contact me.
Nice imagery in this poem, Heather! Keep up the good work and don't lose hope!
(Oh, and thanks for commenting on my love poem.)

Your poem is indeed a very heartfelt confession of emotion. I too have felt this way, and have learned that even in my darkest hour there is always a light that cares enough to shine. Sometimes we don't see it immediately, and it feels that we will never see it at all--but it is there, shining for us. May you find the comfort of that light.

Many blessings.
