a valid point
eloquently phrased
over extended
underpaid
come and get it
before it runs away

simple, yet prolific
intricate in design
complexity entwined
the fabric of faces
combine
flashes of an oasis
picture this
before it disappears
before we are left behind

alert the alarmed
insert an original psalm
A dead poets arm
bleeds to his fingers
drips to her empty paper
soaks through their sunshine
before its gone

Was it ever mine?

The annoying librarian ask us to refrain
I beg you-
Talk to me until its hurts deep in the brain
Until the night and day look strikingly the same
Make the stars and moon dance all over again

I miss you friend

I am entirely under your command

hypnotic plan

crystal sand

cast a spell

with lovely words

pretty colored birds
sunsets in turn

before it vanishes

before it never returns

your faint voice is still heard

among the many echoes bouncing off the wall

The somewhat abstract voice here comes to a powerful and emotive head in several of the lines. This is one of those poems which comes straight from human experience; not some aspect or another of it, but the whole gamut. Good work.

I'd love to hear this. It's cadence suggests that it wants to be spoken. Spoken.... with passion. There's something quite alive about this (as if it can bearly stand to sit still on the page). An experience that begs telling, as Andrew suggests... fervent telling, even.

Yep.... I'd love to hear this. Nicely done, mangos.
