You carry troubled heart within, tormented moments now your friend,
It’s time for all that lives in pain to find its peaceful end.
The tears of youth, the messages, absorbed and lived to face,
Will now be lifted from your heart and put in proper place.

Go deep within and hear the voice of all the sorrow spoke,
Bend now in wisdom brought to you of ways in which you broke.
Be gentle on the judgment that you place upon your being,
From others ways and teachings, is all that you’ve been seeing.

Go now to places in your soul that has the final knowing,
Let heart know natural flow of you and what you’re truly showing.
Accept and love the part of you that’s true and pure in form,
It isn’t always functional to be one of the norm.

What a wonderful write to read this morn, ND. Thank you. I have been doing much soul searching of late. I've figured out I MUST get rid of this pain and move on. Forgiveness of self and others is a grand way to start. I pray for strength every day.
Thanks for sharing.
Peace, love and hugs,
Little sis'

Lovely poem, especially the last paragraph. So true and usually only comes with wisdom.
Beautiful

ND, all I can say is that last line is B R I L L I A N T !! You always have such
amazing and positive insight and this is definitely no exception!!

Difficult as it may be, it is often very refreshing and soul lifting to move
away from the norm and be who you are inside!! (Even if it is viewed as
eccentric or unacceptable). We are who we are, after all. The only
exception I would introduce to always being yourself, is that we show
consideration for others and their feelings in doing so. I mean, we can't
just "be who we are" if it is continually hurting others, right?

Fine writing, my friend. Hope all is well in your world this day. =)

*hugs*

~Breezy

Beautiful flow, and I echo, the last few lines are gorgeous.
Take care,
David
