outbursts of frustration attack
the calm warmth
of the place where we all gathered
Today,
Tonight,
to watch him save her
once more
from the depths
of her soul
drowned
in empty CO2.
to watch the apology
once more
emanating forward like lingering tones
from a broken record
more meant than heard.

On the pasanger seat it was rainig
tears
while the fading tail lights
were on display.

Can a fetus cry?
Certainly, as by the luminescent
tones of reminiscing it was raining
tears.

Speaking as an addict I find it very weird sometimes that what I consider to be someof my most Finest writes have come form A mind & heart that are on A bad bender & really lost in direction, lonely, isolated by my wanting to hide what ive bocome to everyone around me,but out of the foggy brain of mine comes A bright ass piece of me A piece of poetry that Is excellent even non addicts that read them so....? I dunno if yor speaking as an addict or as someone who is surrounded by them or had friends that are Your poetry reminds me alot of my work and I really liked this write alot! Something meaningful happened to inspire this and I wish I knew what that was,but then again thats what makes it nice it makes you wonder and think about it after!! Great poem! Keep posting and keep writing no matter who you are or what you do~!!

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
