[bodytext] => She sits alone Singing that same sad song Heart cold as stone Tears rolling down her cheeks Scared of what she’s been shown Wishing she still had you here The wind has already blown. She sits away from everyone Smiling that same smile Scared of what you’ve done Listening to them so blindly Can’t get close to anyone Playing their stupid games Knowing they’ve already won. Every step she takes She pushes him away All the smiles she fakes Pretending she’s okay This morning she doesn’t wake Tired of being wrong for Every move she makes. He believes her lies She says she loves him He doesn’t hear her cries The thoughtful gaze he gives her When he calls she doesn’t rise What he did to her, she does to him Blackens her skies He calls me on the phone Asking me how I’ve been I’m too scared to tell him I’m still alone Full of hatred inside my head He tells me he’s on his own Wishing he could stay My heart beats for him, though it’s made of stone.
