The chalk has written words time and again.
The scratching sound an echo in my brain.
The words written strong and bold to board of black.
Passion captured art of love words packed.

The brush erases every word of shame.
T'was love declaring others with its name.
Sublimenting me for far too long.
I hear the music of your misplaced song.

Hearts as hungry as that board for chalk.
Brush in hand from wounding words I walk.
With new compassion to the heart I wear.
Chalk in hand with no desire to share. [comments] => 8 [counter] => 241 [topic] => 6 [informant] => needledancing [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 15 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => AngryPoetry )
